What if my flight is delayed, will the supplier ensure my vehicle is available?

Assuming you have been able to supply the airline and flight number when requesting a vehicle, these details are given to the supplier so that they are aware of any delays and will make sure you get your vehicle.


What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

It can be canceled at any time. There is no cancelation fee if you cancel the booking with more than 48 hours prior to the rental date. Please see Terms and Conditions for other information.


What happens if I lose my confirmation details?

Please use the “contact us” section and we will happily resend it.


What happens if I have a complaint with the service received from the supplier?
